Dipped bellows

Dipped bellows made of thermoplastic:

AREAS OF OPERATION

Immersed bellows are used when a special shape and medium quantities/small batches between 50-1000 pieces are required. Special connections such as inner bead and outer bead connections etc. are possible. They serve as spindle and piston rod protection and are absolutely tight and visually appealing in the dipped version.

EXECUTIONS

Bellows produced by the dipping process can be supplied in various Shore hardnesses as well as in diverse colours. An individual mould construction enables the production of almost all designs.

Wall thicknesses between 1-3mm are available.

In order to avoid increased wear and tear as well as sagging in horizontal use, support or sliding discs can be used.

FINISHING

The production is done by dipping a bellows mould into a liquid thermoplastic. The subsequent insertion of wire rings into the tip of the bellows gives the bellows additional strength.
