Box bellows

EXECUTIONS

Box bellows are available in various materials with sewn-in wire frames and folded-over spiral springs or sewn-on inner folds. Sewn box bellows can be made from all common tarpaulin materials such as neoprene, PVC, polyurethane, Teflon laminated materials and heat-resistant Kevlar. If a small minimum size and an attractive appearance are required, flat plastic frames can also be incorporated instead of the sturdy wire frames. In this version, an exact folding is specified by a thermal process.

The fastening is done by means of metal flanges. For subsequent assembly, the bellows can also be manufactured in a separable version (zip fastener/velcro strap).

FINISH

The fabrication is done by sewing machine (fabrication aid by gluing).
