They range from simple dust protection to use in metallurgical plants.
They protect spindles and pistons, provide air conditioning in television studios and are used in the continuous casting process to prevent reactions of the liquid steel with the humidity in the air. We have been supplying well-known industrial companies with bellows, slideway protectors and loading hoses for decades.
In many cases, we have found practicable solutions even where customers saw no solution and conventional designs did not offer an efficient result. The considerable knowledge and experience we have gained over time form the basis of our know-how. Bellows are manufactured according to detailed specifications. Form sheets are available for this purpose, which we send on request or transmit by fax or Internet. As a rule, moulding costs are not charged. We produce all protective systems in small and large quantities. In the case of bellows, too, we are able to supply pilot series and prototypes at low cost due to a process developed and patented by us.

In special cases, where the outer diameter can be freely selected, pull-out ratios of up to 1:10 are possible. In the case of conical bellows, where the folds interlock, we have achieved pull-out ratios of up to 1:20.
